Kojima Productions Wants (to hire) YOU

February 21st, 2012 by John

Well, this is both unexpected and exciting.

Hideo Kojima wants to make the world one again by uniting game developers East and West to work on the next Metal Gear game.

Kojima Productions will be returning to the GDC Career Pavilion (March 6th 9th) to search for skillful engineers, artists, and game creators including;

  • Project engineers for the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high end consoles and PC.
  • Engineers to help develop next-gen game engine technology to use with the FOX Engine.
  • Kojima Productions brand manager.

If you are interested in becoming part of the team, please visit the Konami Group booth, #1914, in the Career Pavilion. We look forward to meeting lots of enthusiastic and talented candidates.

Hell, theyre even looking for game designers. Hideo Kojima was always big on how game design is important and how awesome he is at it. Just look at his 2009 GDC Keynote. Maybe he really is trying to pass the torch and stop fucking with Metal Gear already.

More details on job descriptions here.

With this, combined with KojimaPro taking advantage of cool new technology, and The FOX Engine looking amazing in general, Im actually looking forward to Metal Gear Solid 5.

Well, thats all folks. See ya next ti wait, BACK THE FUCK UP.

If you click on the Classified file, you get

I may be the furthest thing you can be from a Big Boss Bro, but even I went HOLY SHIT looking at this.

Whats up with that dog behind him? Wait, look at that patch on his right shoulder! Does Outer Heaven have a HOUND Unit?

I just have one ONE thing to say to this

Please pretty please with nanomachines on top make him go nuts.
